Regional Sales Manager

Position/Title: Regional Sales Manager (New Business Only)

Reports to: Vice President – Ortho Biologics

Annual Salary Compensation: $100,000.00 + Commission

Specialty: Ortho-Aesthetics and Wound Care experience a plus

4 Positions Available: (NE – Pennsylvania or New Jersey), (SE – Florida), (NW – Los Angeles, California), and (SW-Phoenix, Arizona)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new direct business in the assigned territory
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets within assigned region
• Manage and support a team of 1099 distributors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers and distributors
• Identify new business opportunities and increase market intelligence of our medical device products
• Provide product training demonstrations and support customers and 1099 distributors
• Maintain positive collaboration with our marketing, product development and customer service departments to support strategic business growth
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts and reports using Salesforce.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of 1099 distributors within assigned territory
• Establish clear sales targets, expectations, and performance metrics for all contracted representatives
• Provide regular product training updates, and sales resources to ensure 1099s are equipped to sell products effectively
• Conduct consistent sales calls/outreach with distributors to strengthen overall business relationships
• Have a constant presence and be the main contact between the company and the 1099 representatives who report to the Regional Sales Manager to facilitate communication, feedback, reporting and resolve any issues that may occur
• Monitor and track all sales activity for all 1099s reporting to the regional sales manager

Requirements/Benefits

• Minimum of 6+ years of proven sales experience in Ortho-Aesthetics and Wound Care a +
• 3+ years in sales leadership or management role is preferred
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or related field
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements
• Book of Business / Network of Clients
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel frequently with the assigned region
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a track record of exceeding targets
• Salesforce Experience / CRM Related
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
