HR Administrative Assistant

Job Description
ContinuitiHR is a super niche search firm that has been exclusively devoted to the placement of HR professionals in Contract, Consulting, and Direct Hire opportunities nationally since 2003! Our client, a global manufacturing company located in Pinebrook, NJ, has asked us to assist in finding a Contract HR Assistant/Receptionist for approximately 3-4 months at an hourly pay rate of $24/hr.
Responsibilities:
- The Human Resources Administrative Assistant (Receptionist) will provide clerical support and assist with tasks that will contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the HR department and the overall organization.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR group, greet visitors entering the organization, direct them to the correct destinations, answer telephone, take and relay messages.
- Provide general information to visitors, callers, and applicants, as well as maintain a calendar of activities.
- Maintain office supplies, calendar for conference rooms and assist with projects as necessary.
- Distribute mail, and ensure employees follow security procedures.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
High school or GED required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - preferred
3+ years of administrative/HR experience
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
