Contract Learning & Development Analyst

ContinuitiHR is currently searching for a Contract L&D Analyst for a client in the New Brunswick, NJ, area that has been named one of the best places to work in New Jersey for 2023, a testament to our client's commitment to excellence! This role will play a key role in developing and implementing programs, engagement surveys, orientation delivery and utilizing data points for problem resolution.  Our client would like to see 5-7 years of experience in the Learning & Development space (8+ in HR overall) and a bit of muscle with data analytics.  This position has a high potential to convert to a permanent role for the right person, and the hourly rate for the contract role is $50/hr-$60/hr.  This is an onsite role, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.

 

We are looking for someone with:

Proficiency in LMS/HCM systems, Relias & Oracle, as well as MS applications

5+ years of Human Resources experience, including Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Data Analytics.

Experience in the execution of basic management development models, tools, and learning methodologies.

Proficiency in project management.

Deep understanding of business strategy and the connection of talent management tools and processes to support strategic business objectives.

A minimum of 3-4 years in the healthcare industry.

Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes and a flu vaccine is required.

Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or related field
