Job Description

As a member of our clients' Human Resources team, you will collaborate with our Chief Human Resources Officer and Talent Acquisition Manager while reporting directly to the HR Manager. You will own the administrative function of benefits and recruiting for the HR team. Ideally, you are interested in learning the business and departments within our firm and are dedicated to helping us build great teams. You will apply creative problem-solving to address talent management needs.

Benefits

Act as resource to employees for benefit related questions, with the support of HR Manager.

Assist in benefits administration by participating in annual benefits renewal and open enrollment process. You will be involved in the communications and own the enrollment and status changes throughout the year.

Ensure employee benefit spreadsheets and benefits changes are entered timely and accurately for Finance to process payroll deductions; reconcile benefit invoices to ensure that Finance can process payments and fulfill audit requirements.

Generalist Projects

Facilitate the orientation and onboarding of new team members.

Maintain employee data and documentation, including I-9 data using E-verify.

Research employee programs and vendors.

Coordinate leave of absence requests and associated documentation.

Recruiting

Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate projects, and day-to-day communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience.

Maintain the data integrity of our Applicant Tracking System and all job postings.

Produce recruitment activity, metric reports and dashboards to review candidate pipelines and progress.

Assist in managing social media content (e.g. Glassdoor, LinkedIn).

Manage our annual summer internship program.

Job Requirements

 

 

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Advanced Excel with a focus on VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables

Working knowledge of Paychex is preferred but not required

2+ years of relevant benefits or human resources experience

High attention to detail

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
