Temporary Administrative Coordinator
Florham Park, NJ 07932
As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and project-oriented activities. This position is onsite in Florham Park and the hours are either 7:30am-4pm or 8:30am-5pm with 1/2 hour lunch.
This position has potential to convert to a full time permanent position
• Proactively manage all aspects of administrative support, including answering phones, taking messages and routing calls to appropriate staff
• Handle order processing, coordination and scheduling
• Customer care
• Calendar management
• Check/respond to all voice/email and correspondence
• HS Diploma or Equivalent (Associate’s Degree or Higher preferred)
• 2+ years of experience providing administrative support
• Intermediate in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
