Payroll & Benefits Administrator

ContinuitiHR has been dedicated to the placement of HR professionals in Interim and Full Time positions since 2003. We are currently conducting a search for a Contract to Perm Payroll & Benefits Administrator for a client located in Hawthorne, NJ. This role is responsible for all administration of payroll and benefits on a day to day basis as well as development of new programs and strategies.
Processing bi-weekly payroll via ADP WFN comprehensive payroll for approximately 200 employees
Handles terminations, distributions, loans, 401k enrollments and all communications related to payroll and benefits
Processing of LOA's, STD, LTD, NJ FMLA
Provides assistance to employees by answering questions and concerns related to payroll and benefits
Filing 5500's, gathering information as needed and assisting with on-site audits
3-5 years payroll and benefits experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment working with hourly employees preferred
Experience with ADP WFN preferred
