Part Time HR Manager

Currently we are conducting a search for a client in NYC in need of a part time HR Manager, over the next year the position will grow into a full time role. The responsibilities will include Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Payroll and Benefits, Compliance, and Policy Development.
- Work closely with hiring managers on all recruiting needs, develop job descriptions, postings, sourcing, interviewing, on-boarding and ensuring commitment to diversity and inclusion during the process.
- Execute annual employee review process, assist with performance management, terminations and support internal investigations.
- Process payroll through ADP, administer Benefits open enrollment process along with administration of 403(b), FSA, FMLA, STD/LTD, Worker's Compensation and unemployment.
- Policy development, work with Finance to ensure compliance to all federal, state and city employment and payroll laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 4+ years of HR experience
Strong Excel, Google Suite skills
