ContinuitiHR is currently working with a client in the healthcare manufacturing space on an Interim Manager, Global Compensation & Analytics position. The approximate length of this assignment will be 4-6 months with potential to convert to a full time position. The hourly pay rate range is $50-$60/hr and this is a 100% onsite role, with no option for remote work. This position will support the design, administration and delivery of all compensation policies & programs and will include executive benchmarking, job evaluation, survey administration, compensation reporting and analysis and project management of the annual performance compensation planning process.


Provide input to strategic direction for global compensation planning tools, and analytics

Build, develop and maintain talent and workforce data models to uncover trends and drive key business decisions

Develop analytics for compensation and headcount management

Manage executive compensation and develop materials for the Board of Directors to model and report costs associated with base pay, incentive pay, benefits and allowances for top management and employees on international assignment

Lead compensation strategy and implementation, career path, continued tool development and the design of short and long term incentive programs

Review job descriptions and assess appropriate grading and compensation level along with regional compensation members

Manage Global Compensation Survey participation

Define process improvement and best practice opportunities to current business processes


Bachelor's degree required

Master's degree preferred

8+ years of broad based compensation experience

3+ years of analytics experience

2-3 end to end Compensation cycles using a major HRIS ERP such as Oracle, SAP, etc.

Advanced skills in Excel, including analysis and modeling

Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI

Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation
