The Compensation Consultant will support the organization by providing analytical expertise for compensation initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals. This role will manage mid-sized projects and work streams, and develop, implement and support programs, processes and tools that align with effective employee, people manager and business partner experiences in relation to compensation.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Make recommendations on pay and job levels by evaluating jobs and jobs and benchmarking pay.
Manage client's upcoming change to incentive targets globally
Assist with the annual compensation cycle, including analyses and preparation of reports
Prepare communications to support the annual compensation cycle
Prepare analyses of incentive compensation, including bonus and equity budgets.
