The Interim Benefits Administrator is responsible for the administration of all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD/STD, wellness programs and retirement plans.  This role will provide recommendations for new or modified plans and employee benefits policies as well as the development of cost control processes to ensure the most affordable cost to employee and company for the best possible coverage.

What you will be doing:

Managing the processes for Worker's Compensation, LOA, and COBRA

Managing administration of 401(k) plan

Conducting training on the company's benefits and wellness programs

Administering all employee benefit programs, handling all communications regarding benefit changes, and acting as the point of contact for all employee inquiries, issues and concerns

Conducting on-going analysis of benefit and wellness programs taking into consideration industry trends, compliance, and costs





Bachelor's Degree

3+ years employee benefits administration experience

Bilingual Spanish preferred

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
