Job Description

ContinuitiHR is seeking a Human Resources Manager/Business Partner for a manufacturing client located in Mooresville, IN.  This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a background in manufacturing that is looking for a role with a stable company that is experiencing an exciting period of growth and reporting to a VP of HR that is supportive, collaborative and looking for a change agent with fresh ideas.  This position will provide both strategic and tactical support to two locations that are local to one another and will have seven direct reports. This is a 100% onsite position with no option for remote work.

 

What you will be doing:

 

    Partnering with leadership to propel the HR people strategy through the development and implementation of solutions and initiatives to optimize the needs of the business.

    Evaluating, improving and streamlining existing HR and business work processes and approaches not only for immediate needs but also fit within broader organizational strategies.

    Administration of the performance review process ensuring effectiveness, compliance and equity within the organization.

    Providing daily consultation, advice and guidance at all levels that directly impact behavior and actions.

    Educating management in areas such as interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, harassment, etc.

    Development of metrics and tools used to assess and drive operational efficiency within HR which will have a direct impact of the business.

    Collaborating across all levels of the organization to improve cross-division/site coordination and HR performance.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

 

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - SPHR or PHR strongly preferred

    Minimum of 8-10 years of Human Resources experience with at least 2 years in manufacturing/distribution environment and at least 3 years in a managerial capacity

    Must have proven experience in driving employee engagement and culture initiatives which directly lead to culture transformation.
