Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist will report to the Sr. HR Manager and have responsibilities including:

  • On boarding/Off boarding - reference checks, drug testing, new hire orientation and background checks, cancelling insurance, COBRA letters, closing employee files
  • Benefits Administration - updating employee information, ensuring accuracy of invoices, open enrollment and renewals, 401K administration, year end compliance, assist employees with leave requests and balances
  • Maintenance of all employee files
  • Payroll Data - Review time sheets for full time, part time and temporary employees, ensure accuracy of information prior to running payroll and reconcile discrepancies
  • Manage requests for unemployment information


Minimum of 3 yrs HR Generalist experience

Minimum of 3 yrs Payroll experience

Associates Degree in Business Management or HR related field
