The HRIS Analyst role will support employees on all issues related to their compensation and benefits. This is a highly analytical role to ensure the organization maintains competitive market salaries and benefits programs.
Manages employee compensation structure, databases, job descriptions, benchmark compensation, annual merit and bonus analysis and employee benefits sourcing and administration
Administers leaves to include FMLA, ADA, WC, etc.
Affirmative Action Plan development and oversight, along with all associated and required reporting
Acts as SME on compensation and benefits
Maintains HRIS records and compliance reports.
Provides prompt and efficient user support, troubleshooting and resolution of HRIS problems.
2+ years experience in the analysis and administration of compensation and benefits programs
Experience with HRIS systems
Broad based Generalist experience specifically around compensation and benefits
