Currently we are conducting a search for a Full Time HR Assistant for an industrial technology company in Santa Barbara. Our client is in need of an individual with 2+ years experience in a Human Resources role focused on the performance the processing of payroll through ADP and of all administrative tasks surrounding recruitment, reviewing resumes, communicating with hiring managers and candidates, scheduling interviews, reference checks, new hire training, etc.. Also a part of the position is the management of all data entry and reporting, and compliance in the management of employee records. This role will also support benefits enrollment, promotions and terminations as well as managing the administrative aspects of health and safety such as, incident and statutory reporting, Worker's Compensation claim administration and maintenance of safety documentation.
Bachelor's degree with HR Certification
Proficiency with payroll processing
Strong MS Office skills
