Our client is a growing organization that is in need of a Payroll Manager to manage the consolidation of recent acquisitions into their current payroll platform and design expansion of self-service. The successful candidate will be the Subject Matter Expert for all things payroll; payroll related laws, payroll tax requirements, reporting requirements, compliance, and IRS related requirements.
Works with vendor to resolve issues and discrepancies
Manage consolidation, time & labor processing, reporting, compliance, data input, and vendor relationship
Produce year end reports for W-2, ACA and other year end related reporting
Coordinating all compliance activities such as payroll audits, 401(K) audits, and information security audits
Expanding self-service, including strategy, design, implementation, documentation and employee communications
