MANUFACTURING, PLANNING & PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR

ANNUAL SALARY COMPENSATION:  $70,000 - $75,000

OFFICIAL WORK HOURS:  8:00AM TO 4:00PM

REPORT TO:  CEO

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees the production and warehouse activities.
• Creates manufacturing schedules.
• Supervises the manufacturing team.
• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, compliant to ISO 13485 and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training for improvements.
• Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
• Supervises inventory levels, Purchasing Raw material and equipment required, negotiating the best prices and conditions/terms with suppliers.
• Develop operation instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to accomplish production and warehouse goals.
• Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability.
• Participate in equipment/process validation.
• Establish safety procedures for employees.
• Work with Management and Sales Team to develop finish goods forecast.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Degree in Engineering (Masters's degree preferable).
• Knowledgeable about ISO13485 and/or cGMP.
• > 5 years' experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical environment.
• Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of continual improvement & project management.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
