Interim Compensation Analyst

Analysis of market data on base salaries, bonus/incentive targets, target total cash compensation, etc. 

Develop standard template/framework to summarize and share market information to stakeholders 

Establishment of market-based salary structures for various countries globally (this includes updating/validating existing structures as well as setting up new structures)

Work closely with HR to consolidate global job catalog data to ensure appropriate levels and survey matches

Data collection from published survey sources globally

Design and prepare ad hoc analyses and compensation reports 

Job evaluation, review of job titles, job codes, SAP entry of compensation information

Ensure that HRIS updates SAP/HR system to reflect changes to salary structures, salaries, bonus targets, job codes, etc.




B.A./B.S. (4-yr) degree with minimum of 3 years compensation experience

: Experience in Pharma/Biotech industry preferred, but not required

: Experience with market data/surveys

: Experience establishing salary structures and generating market analyses 

: Strong/advanced skills in M.S. Excel required

: SAP & Success Factors knowledge as well as strength in M.S. PowerPoint desirable

: CCP Certification a plus
