Human Resources Business Partner
Secaucus, NJ | Permanent
The Human Resources Business Partner will provide a single point of contact for assigned regional organizations for all matters regarding Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, L&D, Compensation and Benefits. Contribute to defining and implementing an HR strategy which aligns with the organization's business strategy and enhances the organization's performance as well as colleagues' workplace experiences.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
: Understand business dynamics of organization and drive Human Resources practices and processes that translate business strategies and issues into appropriate HR actions to act as a change driver.
: Provide input on the development of organizational plans by analyzing and reporting organizational issues, trends and working with the leaders to ensure organization effectiveness and proper implementation of change strategies.
: Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local legal requirements and Company Values, Policies, Procedures and Practices, including J-SOX compliance.
: Manage special projects and ongoing initiatives as assigned.
: Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers and recruiting team to pipeline qualified candidates and influence effective hiring practices. Partner with HR group and Business Units to develop recruitment strategies.
: Communication: Promote open and frequent communication in all directions with target audiences.
: Organization Talent Development: Partner with HR colleagues and Business Units to identify Training & Development needs and support design and delivery as required.
: Employee Relations: Provide effective and proactive resolution for employee issues and concerns.
: Benefits: Partner with HR colleagues and Business Units for Open Enrollment process and design/development/implementation of policies and processes.
: Support company commitment to continuous improvement - Kaizen.
:Performs other position related duties as specified by management
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor's degree in HR, OD or Learning or other related field, Master, PHR a plus
: Seven plus years of experience in Human Resources Management position.
: Experience with Ultipro
: Proven successful recruitment experience including utilization of behavior based interviewing.
: 20% - 30% travel domestically
