Our client is searching for an HR Generalist who has depth of experience in the Payroll and Benefits sides and will also utilize their Generalist background to ensure compliance with employment and labor laws. This position requires responsive and professional interaction with all levels of the organization.

Serve as liaison between insurance carrier/broker and employee
Manage leave of absence process, administration and tracking
Manage PTO management process
Ensure accurate input of information for new hires, changes, 401k deferral reporting and terminations
Manage employee referral reporting
Create and file EEO-1 report annually
Weekly and monthly status reports
HR metrics
Employee relations
Handle paperwork (exit letter, COBRA and benefit forms if applicable) and notifications
Manage and execute Payroll through Paychex


Minimum Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree
4+ years experience HR Generalist specifically in the areas of Payroll & Benefits
Experience with Paychex
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
Ability to manage confidentiality and sensitive issues tactfully
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
