Contract HR Generalist

This is a stand alone HR Generalist role to assist in the following functional areas:

  • Employee Relations 
  • Local Office Administration
  • Talent Acquisition 
  • Workforce Management
  • Performance Management
  • Career Development
    Preferred Skills: 
  • Experience working in ATS applications and HR systems 
  • Experience executing project management
  • Experience handling day-to-day office operational needs
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong experience in employee relations and hiring processes



  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent
  • 5-8 years progressive experience in a human resources position with past experience with acquisitions and integration
  • Expertise in HR policies and procedures, best practices and current regulations
  • Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high energy environment
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly and excellent multi-tasking skills
